CCS believes that business is personal. The manner in which CCS represents itself with a client, on a professional and individual basis, is personal; the quality of work that goes into our applications and programming efforts speak volumes about our professional ability, which is very personal to us at Crawford Computer Solutions, LLC. CCS will work personally with your company representatives, on a professional level to bring to life an idea or concept for a particular business process which may not be readily found on commercial shelves. You will know, well in advance, exactly what the product is you will be receiving. Once a project reaches a point of initial evaluation, we will provide several Beta versions of your application (depending on project size) for your company to evaluate, comment on and make changes to, long before you receive the final version. The reason for this is two fold: 1) to ensure that not only do you know and understand exactly what you will be receiving and how it will interface with your business processes. 2) to ascertain the application provides you with precisely the business processes that you need and that the application will perform as intended. Additionally, CCS firmly believes that no client should be obligated to pay for a product that does not meet their needs, expectations and requirements. Over the years we have developed what we call a “No-Fault” policy; its simple, straightforward and shows our commitment to our clients and our profession: if for some reason our application does not meet your expectations / requirements, you will not be fiscally obligated to pay any amount above the minimum non-refundable deposit required for application startup (please see our Rates section for a detailed explanation). In addition to our core values, you should also know that ALL custom business rules/flows/operating methods required for client applications are held in the strictest of confidence and never shared with outside entities. Also, CCS believes that clients have a right to have their business information protected from unsolicited mailing-lists, so you may rest assured that we will never share your company information with any outside source that is not part of your application design. |
